Lynne Goldberg has been practicing and teaching mindfulness and meditation for over 20 years and has been named one of the top meditation teachers in the country by Forbes. She is the co-founder of Breethe, one of the most downloaded meditation apps on the market with over 12 million downloads in 90 countries. After 20 years of marriage, Lynne is in a new phase of her life as her marriage recently ended. Lynne’s spiritual practice has been a lifesaver and has helped her navigate those 3 am spiraling thoughts as well as cultivate a new identity at the age of 60 proving that one is never too old and it’s never too late to create the life of your dreams.
